New title/opening of film

Below is a clip of the new title of the film. This is how the opening of the film will look. The main colours used are red, black and white.  The name of the film is "The steps". It will be shown in capital letters. As most horror films use red titles at the beginning my film uses red to connote the meaning of blood, fear and horror. The clip below will be shown after the new line cinema logo-our chosen production company for the film.

Opening Comparison for The Steps.

Below is the opening of our film on youtube. Our group has decided to show two different openings below. The clip below shows opening 1-where the audience sees the tent and setting and opening 2-where the characters introduce themselves. We want a good strong opening for our film to attract our audience therefore both separate clips are shown in the video below.



Our group has chosen opening 2-where the character krissy introduces herself. This will be shown after the production company logo and title.
